Disappointed with warranty support

Happy with GV80 except for chrome trim along the side. It pitted quite badly by 9500 miles. Genesis refused to standby their product.

Great Luxury SUV.

The GV80 is a very comfortable and very quiet SUV. Tons of automated features (rear-window shades, power-fold rear seats, etc.) The seats are very nice and the exterior paint is top notch with the metallic gray being extra beautiful on a sunny day! The turbo-charged 3.5L motor is very peppy and this is especially noticeable when merging onto a highway.

Very good ride...strangers complement

Driver reaview mirror should auto set to driver position. Most drivers in older age group drive with coffee & water. You need four place to place drinks. Need more leg room in back seat.

Unwanted Driver Seat Changes

My driver side car seat moves all the way up to the steering wheel when I turn the car off and don’t get out immediately. If I remotely start the car and open the passenger side car door to put my things in the car will turn off.

My favorite car ever!

my GV 80 is not only luxurious but bad ass. I can take it out for a fancy dinner or off-roading and camping. Not many cars can be perfect for both.

Great Car - Service Not So Great

The car itself is excellent -- it drives beautifully, looks great and has terrific technology. However, post-purchase service has been less than satisfactory -- when I bought the car, I was told that I would get concierge service -- I haven't been able to receive concierge services to date.

Nothing else will do!

After months of test driving and research, could not find a replacement for my (at the time 2019 G80 Sport). Wanted an SUV, then it occurred to me, “Don”t mess with perfection!” Why not try the GV80. So I did, and found perfection again. What a great machine.

Very pleased with vehicle and service so far. Vehicle is a little complicated as far as profiles and seating. Shift lever and control button are too close and take a while to get used to.
