rick mercilessly about procedures, costs, timing, and anything I thought of to see how he answered. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and - did I say patient? We went over a long list of repairs my vehicle needs with explanations of how things work and costs involved. At 11::30 am I asked them to perform several of the tasks and, by 5:00 pm they were all done. The cost came in below our estimates. I never give five stars because no one is perfect but, so far, they come really close. Thanks, Patrick.

Mr. Rodriguez himself came in on a Saturday afternoon to secure my vehicle in the garage over the wee
kend after being towed to his facility. First thing Monday morning he ran it through the diagnostics and identified a failed sensor. Ordered the OEM part and the car was ready by Thursday. More than amazing since the Hyundai service manager told me I might have to wait a month to a year (!) for the part. All communications were prompt, thorough and professional. So thankful that AAA introduced me to Selma Automotive!
