I had Coleman Taylor rebuild the Transmission on my 2019 Silverado. I called them Thursday morning, d
ropped off the truck Thursday at noon and they were done with the rebuild by Saturday. I told these guys on arrival that I work out of this truck and while it’s in the shop I can’t work. They had it in and out in 2 days. Fantastic customer service, they were available weeks before any Chevy dealership was, and they have much better warranties on their rebuilds. These guys know what they’re doing, they waste no time, and they take care of their customers. Not only that, my truck drives and shifts like it’s brand new. Best transmission shop around.

I've had the absolute best customer service from this establishment. Initial visit was for an oil cha
nge and an issue was uncovered when they did an overall check of my vehicle. An estimate was requested and provided same day-straight up information and no upselling to be had. It took me a couple of weeks to schedule the necessary repair (that was on my end, not theirs) and from contactless drop off to in-person pick up of the vehicle I could not be more satisfied. The work was done as promised (and actually ahead of schedule) and I even received an after-service text, inquiring if everything was performing as expected.
