I’m very happy with the prompt service I received
I went to get a basic general diagnostic of this vehicle I just brought. I couldn’t be MORE then Grateful that I found a location that deals with DIESEL CARS because it took me over an hour before I came across FOREST HILLS! Their service was totally appreciated and forthcoming. I only would have wished they told me if I TRULY needed the filter change! HOWEVER my car DOES seem to drive better AMEN. I will be using them from this day on.THANK YOU FOREST HILLS AUTO 🤩

These are good people both professionally and personally. I’ve had good experience with them in the past, but a bit less today.

I needed to replace a front outer tie rod and do the alignment. They quoted $320 which was much better than $450 at the dealership. But I ended up paying around $450 because they charged another $140 for diagnostics, which did not find anything decisive, and was probably unnecessary.

They said I have to replace the catalytic converter, for almost $1,700 which does not sound reasonable at all. The car drives okay, there are no warning lights. Checking online I see the replacement part would cost a few hundred bucks. Will have to ask for a second opinion at other mechanics

I understand it’s not an exact science and they have good intentions. Just wish they would not charge so much for diagnostics that are unclear and unhelpful

PPI (pre purchase inspection)
Came in to do a pre purchase inspection for a car I was looking to buy, Ahmed and everyone in the shop were so helpful and kind. Gave me a full detailed report on the car and what needed to be fixed immediately and what could be saved for a week or so down the line, they are very conscious about your budget and spending and will give you a good deal. Even listed the price to replace all needed parts. Can't recommend this shop enough guys and girls. It's hard to find a good honest work shop who don't try to rip you off and truly care about their customers. Forest hills auto service will be my go to shop from now on for anything I need for my car, and should be the same for you guys and girls aswell.🔥💯
