This is the worst "so called" service outlet on the planet. It took 4 weeks to make an appointment. Brandon Oliver (The Ultimate Unprofessional, Unconcerned person was assigned to be our service NON-advisor) My teen son's vehicle was checked in at 2pm. Brandon Oliver advised it would be ready by close of business. A state inspection, underbody corrosion recall, flush sanitizing the AC vents ($75) and remounting a camera that TC's carwash dismantled while detailing the car. This was the ask of a 2pm one month scheduled out planned appointment .
At 5:45pm I called in and asked to speak with him and received voicemail. I called right back to ask what time did the service dept. close and was told by Erica that closed at 6pm. I frantically explained my dilemma in not being told what time the service department closed or the status of my vehicle. Erica, walked over to the service department to let them know my concern of not receiving any updates. Brandon Oliver then makes himself available and states the car was not ready, he would try to make sure it was ready in the morning!!! I asked what was done on the vehicle......Brandon Oliver said, nothing was done on the vehicle!! I asked for a service manager, Brandon Oliver said the Service Manager went home.
I am beyond irritated that no one in service answers the phone. Sports Durst Service and Brandon Oliver are running a "fake appointment, stall and no communication scheme!" In other words, get your car in, keep it passed time allotment then bill consumer for poor communication and poor service. I advised Brandon Oliver that I would be coming to get my vehicle after he was short, callous, non-concerned about having a recovery plan to take care of business. Sports Durst Service and Brandon Oliver are running a "Roach Motel" model....you can check in but you won't check out! Save yourself some time and drive over to Johnson Hyundai Cary/Apex, Johnson Hyundai Raleigh or Southern States Hyundai/Raleigh for professionals who answer phones and make appointments. Trust me, I made an appointment with Johnson Hyundai Raleigh- One call, one scheduler, done! Just like my Johnson Lexus experience...which is where I bought my son's preowned Hyundai.
The Durham, NC community deserves better and certainly, the taxes are cheaper in Wake county, so take a drive, grab a bite and get treated like you are about to spend a few hundred dollars on a service visit. Sports Durst and Brandon Oliver clearly do not need the business from service dollars. Keep leadership on duty until the place closes, Brandon Oliver said no manager was on duty for me to escalate my concern. What a Messy, Self-Absorbed model! Never again!!!
