Trustworthy
All of the people here that I see are friendly and concerned about my experience. I appreciate their explanations about what they do with my vehicle and what it needs. What I value most with vehicle service is that the people who do the work are honest and reliable and the people at P & M are both. They do what I ask them do, make recommendations for future needs without pressure and with explanations (and pictures!) of why it needs to be done.
The only thing I don't like is having to agree to "terms and conditions" to post a review.

Thankful again for their responsiveness and care
I always get great service and am treated well at P&M. I also value how they always try to fit me in if they can given that car issues never come with much advanced notice.

Regular service and A/C check
Wasn't due for service and A/C problem was operator (my) error. Left within 20 minutes with no charges. Will definitely be back when I do need service.

From classic to modern vehicles
P and M has great service with knowledgeable staff and mechanics.I have had Matt,Brian,and Amanda as point persons with my vehicles.The staff are all good about quotes,updates,and recommendations.

Straightforward Honest Service
