Auto Maintenance is appreciated, however attention to details is lacking.
I go to PM Automotive as their overall reviews are great and I feel they are competent to work on vehicles. They are kind and courteous, and I appreciate the photos included in the receipt of work. I do not appreciate that fact that when I picked up my car, I went to turn on the radio as I was on the highway. No radio. It worked when the car was dropped off. A message 'Enter Code' appeared. I then noticed that despite an oil change, the oil change code on the car was not updated, and no new sticker in the windshield. I called PM automotive and was passed to the mechanics. When I explained about the Error Code and my concern that it was working when I dropped the car off, I was met with what felt to me like a dismissive, not our problem attitude. I was told if I didn't want to enter the code myself to fix it, I would need to make an appointment to bring it back and no telling how long it might take as they would need to pull the radio and attempt to locate the codes. I also said I noticed the check oil light had not been refreshed back to 100% after the oil change, and no new sticker. I felt disappointed after spending considerable money that details like this were not managed. Two visits prior, my vehicle had engine oil on the exterior and interior driver's side door, and steering wheel. Both front seats were laid far back when I picked up the car...it felt odd. Neither of my cars are new, they are older, they are mine, and they matter to me. I expect for my vehicles to be treated with the same care and respect as the 100K dollar car in the next bay.

They call me but are a little spendy!
I came here with my mini cooper per recommendation from a friend. After a few visits though, I realized that I was paying above average for a lot of services. I had a hard time talking to the receptionist girl as well, she didnt seem to want to help with my problems. I offered to show her what I was talking about and it seemed like I was bothering her.

Absolute horrible experience.
Absolute horrible experience. From claiming no one let anyone know I dropped my vehicle off at a pre-scheduled time, to performing work I never asked for or authorized, and the work that was done left my vehicle in much worse shape than when I brought it in. My brakes now make noise and the car is no longer safe to operate.

Wish I could do 0 stars
No communication, service writers avoided giving information, service writers try to upswell for unneeded services.
Service writers actively tried to keep me from talking to the service manager with concerns.
I used to use this shop prior to the pandemic, I WILL NEVER RETURN! This place has serious issues now, I wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy.
