Car held hostage
My car has been at Sierra vista Lawley the second time since the end of June 2022, I received the hybrid back Oct 15, 2022, drove the car and filled up with gas for 30 min, stalled in the middle of the highway 92. Two Service advisors passed me off the the service manager whom has not returned any of my more than 20 calls to give me an update, answer or resolution regarding them keeping my car and taking my 2K dollars.

I even suggested via text message to service manager Herb to refund my money and keep the car as a learning
tool for hybrids since it can’t be repaired.
It’s their brand and as a customer I deserve answers.

I had to wait for a sonata to come in, but David kept me posted and informed. Once a sonata came in David made things a breeze and he took his time showing me how all the features in the car worked. This is my second Sonata Limited and love it!!! Go see David if looking for car, he will make car buying a pleasure.

Found what I was looking for.
I want my car to do specific things regarding safety and comfort. David Fonseca is extremely knowledgeable, honest and caring. He guided me through each car, listening to what I said and only showing me what would fit my needs. I have owned a Hyundai before and I’m familiar with the quality and finish, so it was any easy choice for me. The Tucson? Perfect. David? The best!
