Lexus oil change and more (we were due)
We always bring the cars in for "just and oil change" Generally, that is all that is needed. We knew we were due for some big repairs. Oh well, front struts, brakes and rotors, oh, and the oil change. Bill is honest with his quotes and advice. Thanks for keeping us safe on the road!

Honda (Kid Car) oil change + rotors
Car was shaking when coming off the highway, you know, the "rotor shimmy." The crew at Canyon View test drove the vehicle and found that actually, the shaking was coming from brakes that are sub-par. Bill spoke with the vendor about the quality of the product and that it was wearing too quickly. Bill was able to waive his magic Bill wand, et voila, the shaking is gone. Oil change and once over, like always. Trust the crew at Canyon View for their honesty and to keep you safe.

Spoke with Dave. He said they helped get a warranty for his catalytic converter enforced so he only had to pay for the labor and not the part, which saved him hundreds of dollars. It's a great place and he always recommends them, they have honest prices and they do good work. He will continue to bring his vehicle and his wife's vehicle there.

Done right the first time
What can I add that hasn’t been said. Excellent. If you make it to the elite/preferred customer, what more could you want in a mechanic. Bill needs to work on his personality. Just joking.
