Never buy from here!
Ahmad Samra The worst manager of all time. Marking cars up, charging a dealer fee of $3k on a new car. Unbelievable. They are gouging ! LESS

Title never transferred and they won’t give me any answers!
I traded in a Chevy last May and signed over the title. 2 days ago I get a letter from the City of Chicago that “my” Chevy has been impounded and I need to pay towing fees. Sec’ty of State also emailing me to renew license plate. I’ve been calling Happy Hyundai every day this week. First spoke to Ariel in finance who said “we sold it at auction.” So basically it’s not his problem. The next day I spoke with Kaitlyn Wentz who said she’d “look into it.” And would call me back. She never did. Each time I call I get transferred to a voicemail. I’ve had no choice but to contact the media. Maybe Happy will listen to them

Worst purchase experience ever.
I went to happy Hyundai after my car was totaled. I wanted to see a car that they had in stock. My salesman was Luis. I bought a 2015 GMC Terrain but when I bought it they added a happy Hyundai deal worth $2500 which we were able to lower because I didn’t want it but they said I couldn’t buy it without it. A couple of weeks after I bought the car, it started having issues. The car was shaking and eventually the engine light went on. I called them and first they told me that it wasn’t going to be covered under the happy Hyundai deal and that the car was fine when it left the lot but I didn’t even made my first car payment yet. After fighting with them they looked at it and they said it was the tires and changed all 4 tires. A month and a half later, the issue is back again, now the engine light is back on for the second time and when I take it to autozone they tell me it’s a problem in the engine. They didn’t fix anything; they just provided a quick fix so they can say they did. I hope this reaches out to someone so nobody gets sold more cars like this. I paid $2000 down payment and make large monthly payments for this car to be causing a lot of issues. And The manager was the biggest a**hole in there.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!
Classic false advertising. I drove 45 min to get to this dealership because I saw an ad for the car I wanted online and the price I wanted. The time came for the paperwork and they tried to add a $3000 happy package of nonsense that the salesman couldn’t even explain and then another $1588 for VIN window etching and a tire and wheel package. basically get you in for an advertised price then add another $5k when they think you’re not looking. When I said I didn’t want to pay for them, they took off the happy package but wouldn’t budge on the $1588. They said it was because they were already done and it had to be there. Rude salesman and very pushy. Would definitely not recommend and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Horrible.

Happy package is a forced ripoff
The happy package is non negotiable. They wanted us to pay $6,000 over MSRP, we were called by Vanessa to bring in our lease and change it for a Tucson for $179 / month which was a lie, she apparently gets paid $50 for every customer she convinces to walk through the dealer doors. Don’t go there, they are a complete ripoff. Oh, and the service department isn’t much better either, they’re rude and unfriendly.

The $6,000 happy package is added on top of MSRP
I’m a retuning customer trying to exchange my lease, they tried to add $6,000 over the price of every vehicle which is called the happy package. The customer has no say on if they want the extra package or not, it’s a mandatory package which is ridiculous. My advice is don’t bother coming to this dealership.

Terrible
I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership nine months ago. Everything was perfectly fine up until the day it needed to be serviced. I took my vehicle in because the high beams would not shut off and the turn signal arm wooden place itself after making a turn. I was originally told to leave my car there for 2 to 3 days. Guy calls me back ( and I’m not going to mention names because I don’t want to assassinate anybody’s character. I’m sure these people have families that depend on them just like me) tells me they had to order a couple parts. Should be in in a couple days. Well a week and a half later he calls me and tells me the parts are back ordered. So now I’m stuck without a vehicle and tried for over a week to get somebody on the telephone to give me a loaner. After calling and leaving numerous voice messages I was not returned a phone call. Finally a gentleman gives me A code to take to the dealership so that I can get a rental. Well miraculously the next day my highbeams were fixed and they wanted me to take the rental back. Upon receiving my vehicle my interior is just completely fucking trashed. Burn marks all in the door panels. Dirt marks all over my dashboard. And mind you this is a 2020 and this vehicle is brand spanking new. It’s such a shame that I even gave this place my business. I’m told one of the parts I need is still on back order so when it arrives they’ll fix it. At this point I am completely done with this dealership and will not be returning for any service. Completely lost my business.

Deceptive Sales Experience
My 75 year old dad went to the dealership, they agreed on a price, then took him to the office to sign the paperwork. They stated he had to buy an additional $3,000 carwash type package. He said that wasn't part of the deal and they cancelled it. Fraud.

Don't buy from them
This place totally tried to rip off my 75 year old father. They settled on a price and then changed their tune and wouldn't sell to him unless he purchased the "Happy Advantage Package" for nearly $3,000. They completely tried to take advantage of him claiming the car shortage etc...I called the manager who was very rude to me on the phone and also lied to me about the price of the package. Total bait and switch, and in my opinion elder abuse.
