My experience with auto Nology was amazing…the work on my car is perfect..my BMW runs like she’s new… they are kind patient and communicated with me very well in explaining all issues with my vehicle…they worked with me financially and I’m so appreciative for the service…I was recommended to them by several individuals and I’ll be a returning customer

Love service but NEVER GOING BACK
Service is outstanding. Taken multiple cars to them and they are always spot on. Local small business so I am not happy but ok w giving parts deposit before any work is done.

I am local Beverly resident (.5 miles away from shop) who they know. Retired military officer which they also know. Never ever had payment issue. Took 2 cars (BMW and 911) to them for routine maintenance today. My wife helped me shuttle the cars to their shop. Tried to take BMW home so my wife could carry on w her day. Told Autonology that I literally will be back in 3/4 mins to pick up my 911 and to pay remaining balance on both. They insisted I pay for BMW before I left. Mind you, they know me. They know I am not a problem whatsoever but did not trust me to go 4 mins away and then come back to pick up my 911. Yet in still, they beast me to pay for parts in advance. Shortsighted way of doing business and insulting. This particular circumstance dictated that they simply say-‘see ya back in a couple mins’.

I will not do business w them again nor will I recommend anyone else to them. What a shame. I loved their work and I was a good customer for them as I have referred business their way and raved to my friends about their work! I do not blame the clerk as he obviously had no discretion given to him from the management/owner. I pay part of my bill up front (not normal) and you don’t trust me for 3 mins to come pick up my 911??? Ridiculous and insulting. Never again.
