Secondly, the wait time is always a pretty exhausting issue. I typically expect to spend minimum three hours on a good day. This time was over four hours.
Lastly, after paying my bill I waited for 19 minutes before someone finally found my lost car key. Nobody seemed to know where it was. Oh, and, I understand that when the temperature is 32 or below that the car wash will be closed but even in the summer when I’ve had my car serviced and checked off the car wash box with my appointment, it has not been done. Not sure why that’s even offered.
