We have two Land Rovers, prior to that Mercedes and BMW, we have been clients here for 10 or so years.
We have always received great service.
Today I picked up my truck after having had new rotors installed and a new under the manifold leaking hose replaced, true to our experience, great service, accommodating Seth and Doc!
Jeff said they are really responsive and nice at this business. They are easy to talk to, and have a good reputation. He has had good experiences with this facility.
I was looking to purchase a vehicle in Raleigh, NC out of Knoxville, TN and reached out to Euro Motors to help me with a pre-purchase inspection. They were willing to work within my time frame and communicated well throughout the process. Saved me from a 12 hour return trip (not to mention what could have been a bad purchase) as the car had some issues that would have been costly to repair and which I probably would have missed entirely had I done the vehicle inspection myself. Can't thank these guys enough for a stellar experience.
Historically Satisfied Customer with Recent Bad Experience
Dropped L322 off before departing on 6 day vacation. I have owned 4 LR’s and planning to buy 2 more within the next year, this was the only shop locally I trusted. I directed service writer 3 days prior of drop off to issue of rear suspension noise in hub area and periodic suspension fault plus inspect entire truck when in for service. After nearly renting a car because truck was not completed in time, we received truck after business hours and drove home. We found the following concerns within the first drive cycles: 1. low tire pressure warning 2. An even louder rear suspension noise. After calling to explain, no solution was offered besides bringing the vehicle back to shop that would require ~3 hours of my daily time which in our lives is not possible hence the drop-off when on vacation with inspection request. The rear grinding noise was so bad that I had to ask a repair technician from my own business to disassemble the job and he found the rotor shield to be bent into brake rotor. Simple mistake that is not uncommon but proves a post-repair test drive was not completed and my request to fully inspect the truck was overlooked. Low pressure warning is still active, all 5 tire PSI’s are set, spare was removed to access compressor which may be issue?
I am sharing in hopes that this will simply trigger an internal evaluation at Euro Motors. It was evident the follow through and extensive detail of process that I have usually experienced is not evident due to possible recent personnel changes. I have been looking at buying a truck from your sales team but this leaves a disheartened opinion of future business.
