Helpful people and good work...but
I've been a customer of direct tire for over 25 years and have always gotten good care for our vehicles. This visit was not the same. In the past, if I was waiting, our car was given priority to one's that were dropped off. In the case where that couldn't happen, I was told and given a choice to reschedule, wait or get pick up and leave the car for the day. This time, I did get an email stating that it was very busy. I arrived a little early (30 minutes) for my appointment at noon. My car wasn't worked on til 2:00 p.m. I understand if its busy and can work around that. Just a more clear timeline at arrival would have been appreciated. Everyone was polite and professional and I could see that the techs were working hard and my car was well taken care of...
I appreciate the care I've always received and hope that the new year brings direct tire more techs and easier service times for customers.
