Still the best
Scheduling an appointment, drop-off, and pickup were easy and friendly. The service was fast. It helps that I live close by, but this remains my go-to for car maintenance.

I have been supported by Susan for many years at Direct Tire. She finds available coupons and discounts and doesn't oversell. Only wish Direct Tire had built more employee ownership into their new business.

Always above and beyond!
The crew at Direct Tire is always professional and courteous, as well as fast. They check the car to make sure everything is in good working order before being picked up, and I appreciate how they seem happy to see a customer walk in. My experience with many other auto service places is they seem to discourage customers by being uncommunicative and generally uncooperative. I moved an hour away and find it worthwhile every time to bring my vehicle there regardless of having to plan time more carefully.

Love this place
I was a regular customer for years before moving further away. I was in the area and went due to a slow leak in my tire. They noticed uneven wear and tear on the tires so they rotated them in addition to plugging one of the tires due to a screw being embedded in it. End result is a safer car and the price was more than reasonable. Everyone there was pleasant to work with too.

Invisible Slow Tire Leak
I was experiencing a chronic air leak in one of my front tires with only 6,000 miles under their belt. Took the car to a local national tire distributor which will go nameless. They examined the tire and found no anomalies. Yet a week later the tire had lost 50% of its recommended pressure. I then made an appointment with Direct Tire of Watertown (Mass). They located a tiny leak from a small nail that had driven in to tire tread adjacent to the tire wall. The leak could not be repaired because it was located too close to the tire wall. They ordered a new tire of the same brand and specifications of the original set and replaced the tire the next day promptly on schedule. I will never turn to another tire dealer other than Direct Tire.

Always great!
You never know when you’ll get a flat tire. I recently had a flat and was concerned for how long it might take to get an appointment. I called the team a Direct Tire and they took me immediately. I was back on the road quickly and without any trouble. They saved the day and my schedule!
