Horrible SERVICE and taking all of my MONEY!
They are the absolute WORST auto repair shop that I have ever dealt with! My car has been in and out of thus shop since September 2025, it was there for a month, the issue that it went in for wasn't fixed properly and by the time I got my car back I noticed damages that wasn't there before and I only had it back for w days and my radiator blew out, took it back and they denied that they didn't do anything wrong to my car. They charged me about $2000 for the first issue and then charged me $1800 for my radiator. I purchased my own parts because of the dealership parts are way too expensive, but Matt who is my service provider always talks against me purchasing my own even if they're oem parts,my car has been in the shop for the same issue 3 times and he keeps telling me that it's the parts on which I truly don't believe, each time i get my car back it only lasts fir 2 days, therefore I have to pay each time for the labor because of course it's not their fault. I'm so tired of being taking advantage of, I'm thinking this is the safest and best thing to do is take it to dealership but apparently not. I can't allow this to happen again, I have no more money to give them at this point I'm seeking legal advice because someone has to be responsible for this!
