I brought my ‘95 Wrangler in thinking I had a leaky gas tank. I planned to leave it for as long as needed to resolve the issue. Amy said it might be a couple of days, which was fine. I had a call within a couple of hours to say they had narrowed the problem to a leaky fuel filter, and within another hour it was resolved. I had my Jeep back in the same day with a much lower bill than I was anticipating originally.
In the last two I’ve had oil changes, tire repairs, A/C repair, rim replacements, new plugs…. Everything is always top notch, no issues, and great staff.
Very grateful for my service today. Technician addressed my problem which was a rotor. I recently had the front pads and rotors replaced at another shop. Amy was gracious enough to help with my rotor and save me some money. Thank you Western Auto.
Amy made this whole experience wonderful. From greeting at the service desk, explanation of time for the job, providing clean waiting area with a Bible and other reading material, follow up with communicating additional necessary parts, and settling the (competitively priced) bill all so pleasant first thing on a Monday morning.
