Fernando said they rode along with him in his vehicle to find out what was wrong with it and then took him into the business to show him what and how they were going to fix the problem. He suggested to keep up the great work.
Destiny said she had a good experience at the end and they did fix everything. She originally had tires put on at a different place and they broke the wheel lug nut, and wouldn't fix it. She called this business ahead of time to fix it and let them know she needed her vehicle back by the following week to travel for a business trip. When she got there they said they would only be able to diagnose the issue, but would not be able to fix it right away. They ultimately did make arrangements to fix the vehicle so she could get on the road in time for her business trip the following week.
Clara said she was very thankful for their service. Her husband broke down on Christmas Eve and she wasn't able to pick him up until after closing. They stayed there and were very nice to him until she got there. She really appreciated that. When she picked up her husband's vehicle after it was fixed, they did not even charge her storage fee, which she thought was great. They kept in contact and kept her informed about the prices throughout the entire process. She also appreciated the in-depth diagnostic that they did. She would highly recommend them to anyone.
Don said the business did his service without any advance notice, they took him in and understood that he needed his vehicle back at a certain time, and they exceeded that. Everything went fine and they are exceptionally good.
