Price gaugers who force unwanted services on you. They pressure you into doing a diagnostic check even if you know exactly what you want fixed, just so that they can charge you for it or force you to pay to get the work done at their shop. Also, they will argue with you that you need additional repairs that are unnecessary. They try and force you to pay cash, siting a discount if you do, especially if you are repeatedly telling them you are using the CFNA credit card that is accepted at their location. And then later try and confuse the total costs as if u asked for the "cash price".. They will talk over you and double talk to the point u just give in. They do not charge fixed prices. which is why none are listed in the shop. I would not recommend!!
UPDATE! Went back today for an itemized receipt bc the bill seem extradinary compared to even the highest average of parts and labor and they stalled and argued with me for 45 mins. I left WUTHOUT AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT! CROOKS. I guess they couldn't figure out how to cover the extra $600-$700 I was charged.. smh. I couldn't believe how I was treated BY HARRY
