Price gaugers who force unwanted services on you. They pressure you into doing a diagnostic check even if you know exactly what you want fixed, just so that they can charge you for it or force you to pay to get the work done at their shop. Also, they will argue with you that you need additional repairs that are unnecessary. They try and force you to pay cash, siting a discount if you do, especially if you are repeatedly telling them you are using the CFNA credit card that is accepted at their location. And then later try and confuse the total costs as if u asked for the "cash price".. They will talk over you and double talk to the point u just give in. They do not charge fixed prices. which is why none are listed in the shop. I would not recommend!!
UPDATE! Went back today for an itemized receipt bc the bill seem extradinary compared to even the highest average of parts and labor and they stalled and argued with me for 45 mins. I left WUTHOUT AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT! CROOKS. I guess they couldn't figure out how to cover the extra $600-$700 I was charged.. smh. I couldn't believe how I was treated BY HARRY

Great people
Very happy with the work. I went there for oil change and brakes.
Thomas the cashier very helpful, he even offered me a ride home.
Chris explained to me details what needed and everything was done on 2 hours. Definitely I recommend and I will be back

Unprofessionalism
There’s one guy there at moment (white with glasses ,over 50 years old ) that sounds like a trustworthy guy and polite ,however his works doesn’t measure up with his deliver!!I had a checking engine light on my car a week ago or so ,I came over here for a check up ,they diagnosticaste the car and charge me 290 dollars to fix it.Next day I had the check engine light again!Came Monday early for the same problem ,waited for nearly 3 hours ,they temporarily fix the check engine again with that little scanner device !Following day (Tuesday) I had the same checking engine issue ,I am here today (Saturday) and the place is closed!

They suck
These people are Crooks it is a shiesty business and are very dishonest I took my car to get looked at because it had a rattle sound underneath the car before he looked at the car I told them don't hustle me it's not a major problem they said they did a diagnosis on the problem and charged me $125 gave me no information on the Diagnostics they did or the safety checks from the diagnostics test in writing I'm telling you don't take your car there they're Crooks

BEWARE Fail inspection because of wiper blades
Failed for wipers.Tried to get $60 for wipers $30 per blade when nothing is wrong with my wiper blades.

Den of thief and criminal
They will intentionally sabotage your vehicle to sell you overprice fix. Came in for and inspection, they charged $700 to fix whatever in order to pass. Came out and the car in almost inoperable, yet they still pass the inspection. Took my mechanic to found out they use incorrect parts that don't fit the vehicle, the repair was never done, and the damage was done by a sharp object like a screwdriver or a knife.

Total scam
An inspection sticker will cost you $ 800 before they are done with you. They failed me and tried to sell me the fix. I brought it to my mechanic and it had no issues. Don't use this business!

Bad Customer Service
Don't destroy with you feet what you make with your hands. Great service however the cashier on duties 6/14/2019 (the same guy that appear on their website at the left next to another guy ) this guy was rude and seems not want to help or care at all. I went to have my air conditioner compressor done on Monday and a sound underneath of my car, the same date I paid for sticker inspection and oil and filter change ended up paying almost $1,500.00. They returned my car the next day on Tuesday and told me the inspection need to be done in another day. I came back Friday to drop off my car which is five minute walk from my work, however this guy at the cashier told me i can not leave the car and i have to wait until the inspection is done because of the policy. I told him, I could not wait because i have to go back to work, and i could return as soon as the car is ready. The guy replied kind of rude that this is not his problem and it's the policy and customer not allow to leave the car for inspection. I got so frustrated and arguing with him. Eventually, he let me go, and then like an hour and a half he call me to let me know the car is ready. I just got there as soon as he call me.


After I came back, I just told him and the other guy in charge this should not be a way to help a customer specially if a customer is a rush. The best way to handle it was letting me go in first place and notify me that i should be back as soon as the car is done after they call me.

I work around the area, i don't think to go back again neither recommend to other co-workers to try them for convenience while this company is keeping this rule. I went there because of convenience while working, not do it in another time, and specially because i wont feel waiting . Before leaving at least the other guy tried to help on the situation telling me to speak with him if I have to return, but the cashier keep insisting with he rudeness on telling out-loud that wont work. I just thinking in considering other places closer for the future.
