Great service. The only issue I have is that I was pressured into installing new fuel filters with the rationale that "...the way we drive around here." I don't fit the mold and did not use my truck all winter. (It was garaged).

They did a wonderful job on my vehicle, and I watched them drive it out to the parking lot and leave it. I assumed they were not finished, but after a half hour it hadn't moved so I asked when it would be done I was told not until the mechanic completes the paperwork. I waited a while longer and walked by my car where the paperwork was seen lying in the front seat. I am very disappointed that it took so long to get my vehicle back.

Regular service
Had a good experience with a routine oil change today. Got in and out even faster than they told me it would be. Only downside would be it took about a week to get an appointment for the oil change. Not a huge deal, great when I got in.

Great service!
I usually get my oil changed at the ford dealer I bought my pickup from, however they couldn’t get me in for weeks and don’t take walk-in so I tried mike white ford out, because they took me as a walk in. They got my pickup done super quick, it was a little cheaper, and the service guys were really nice. They offered me a shuttle ride if i needed to go somewhere. They didn’t seem irritable at all, and even helped me put my little girl’s car seat back in when it was time to go. Checked my fluids, tires, filter, and then gave me a free car wash certificate.

Tire rotation and oil change
After charging me for a tire rotation and over $200 dollars for an oil change I would expect the air in the tires to be adjusted appropriately the second time my tires have been rotated and the air not adjusted. It affects the way the truck drives and requires a lot of time to go back and have readjusted. I had to force a “free” tire rotation on my next 200 plus dollar oil change. Also had to swing back to have the correct mileage put on my window sticker reminder. Just frustrating when spending a lot of money on what should be a professional service. I expect more from a dealership service department. When I did business with Parker Toyota I could be confident that if they made mistakes it would be corrected and I would not be charged or receive a complimentary service. More training for all employees would certainly benefit the company. I hope the basic services can be improved because I prefer to do business with a local Ford dealer.
