It's convient
The only suggestion I have is the checking pressure in the spare tire. I've mentioned this before because the spare is not routinely checked during service. Only if the customer specifies. If the service does not include the checking of the spare tire, the customer should be notified. Hate to get stuck out somewhere and the spare is low or unusable. I know it's a lot of trouble, as the spare is almost always upside down.

Good service
I am disappointed to find out about the dual clutch hesitation and I have been experiencing issues with my Tuscon. This dual clutch invention is dangerous and will cause serious accidents. I really do not trust the performance on Tuscon and seriously thinking of getting rid of my Tuscon by taking it back to dealership.

Exceding Expectaions, Earns Customer Loyalty
The overall experience was excellent. The entire process from scheduling to pickup at the end showed how they keep their customers needs as the first priority. Brought my Sonata in for the 105k service and a recall notice I'd received. The recall had been extended for vehicles up to 100k but I did not get the notice until after already having reached 102k. Steve E. my Service Advisor contacted Hyundai for an exception and of course they said to bad, so sad but No. He continued to research options until he found a solution. Needless to say he saved me a considerable sum of money and Temecula Hyundai can count me as a loyal customer.
