Have to have work done? Do it here!
I took my car in for it's 60,000 mile service. It's a lot of work and a pretty big price tag. Steve broke down everything that would be done. When he called and said that I needed new front brakes, he wasn't really telling me anything I didn't already know. After thinking about it over night, I called the next morning and asked if I could get it done that day. He said "we will make that happen", and they did. I feel better having an authorized dealer do my car maintenance. She is going to have to last me another 5 years. It's been a great first 5 years with Temecula Hyundai.

I go to this Hyundai Becouse I have a service contract with them. The service has been good up to this point. They don't really do walk ins but if you make an appointment then its all good.

Great friendly and fast service!
I recently had to bring my brand new car in to the service shop for a brake adjustment. I am a commuter and have had a couple of incidents where I have had to slam on my breaks, apparently it caused my rear brake drums to need an adjustment. I stopped by the service center at 9:30 a.m. with no appointment. Everyone was a very friendly and helpful, they had me out of there with the problem fixed and my car washed in less than 3 hours. I was fully prepared to spend all day there so I was more than pleased with the time that it took to fix the problem. I will definitely bring my car back to this dealership for all my service needs!

Originally purchased 7 years ago from a salesman I now consider my friend, Woody! So nice to see familiar faces when I walk in the door! Always a plus when service advisor staff remains constant as you get that personal family bond as the relationship grows & you lay the foundation. Sorry to see Gabriel & Colin go? However Travis was great in all aspects!! Honestly was fed up of seeing other local dealers in OC wash cars & Temecula where my parents reside reluctant to start again? That's a deal breaker with me as I'm sure it's incorporated into the final price somehow? Back to normal now thanks to El Nino & looking seriously at that flagship Genesis 90 (I'd rate it a ?!!), c'mon Woody discount that showroom model for a loyal customer? ?
