The service advisor, Steve, was very accommodating to my needs and making sure I could get to work in a timely manner. Also, he explained in detail all the work that was serviced on my 2010 Elantra.

Poor experience, vehicle returned dirty
I am very dissatisfied with my most recent service at Freedom. I had requested an oil change and inspection. Both of which were done correctly however, the complimentary car wash that was given left my car looking worse than it did before with noticeable streaks left behind from the wash. The interior of my car was left with dirty fingerprints on my dashboard and on the window. Some sticky residue was also left behind in the window, presumably from the inspection sticker. On top of all of that, black grease was left on my door handle. If this is how serviced vehicles are now treated at Freedom, none of my vehicles will be returning to be serviced there.

When our Sonatas engine seized, doing 60mph on a busy highway, in 4th of July traffic, we had our towing co. Take it 20 miles away to Freedom Hyundai because we trusted them. The very next day we got a call from Steve and he had already set in motion the steps needed to get our engine replaced free of charge . Exactly 2 weeks later our car was finished and ready to be picked up .
