Friendly, helpful, above and beyond!!
My salesperson was Penny Kelly. Penny was very friendly, easy to talk to and did not pressure me at all. I made two trips into the dealership. Penny was willing to be in contact with me on her days off to answer my questions. I live an hour away. Penny took videos of a vehicle that came in after I left the first time and sent them to me after tracking it down in the detail lot! She took us down to the shop on my second trip down, so that the mechanics could put the car I was interested in up on the lift so that my son-in-law could look underneath for himself before I bought the car. Rachel in finance was super nice and explained everything in a way I could understand easily. Both of these employees are assets to your dealership and were a pleasure to work with.

Easy to Recommend!! Love my new GR86! :o)
Working with Vancouver Toyota was an excellent experience. I went to around 15 dealerships and car dealers during the last month of car shopping and this was easily the best experience, and this included several luxury brands. They had the car I wanted and the price was fair. My salesperson was Miguel and he was terrific. Rachel in Finance was excellent as well. I also spoke with Laura and Penny- again, great service. I'm looking forward to having my new GR86 serviced here and can highly recommend their sales experience!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever
I have purchased numerous new cars in my lifetime, and the experience I had at Vancouver Toyota was by far the best I’ve had. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone I know who wants to purchase a new Toyota.

Salesperson literally left to help someone else
We ordered our sienna with Erika who was incredible to work with. On the day we were to pick up our new vehicle, we were assigned Rachel as our salesperson. Everything was worked out as far as price so the turn over should have been quick. IT WAS NOT because Rachel had another customer half way through our interactions she needed to meet with! We sat for two hours alone at her desk! She popped back and forth and said finance should be with us and she was having the car prepped. After we finally met with finance (a cash deal), we had to have Rachel called because she was nowhere in sight. I left to go complete our trade in with CarMax (who offered $3k more than Vancouver Toyota and finished in literally 25 minutes). My husband was to follow once Rachel gave him the keys. He called me 15 minutes later to tell me she didn’t have the car prepped and it would be at least another 30 minutes! When he finally got the minivan, he was heading straight into rush hour traffic as we had been there for over four hours! Note that none of this involved any negotiations, just pure waiting… AND she didn’t even go over the sales checklist! We had no idea where accessories were. Very disappointing and we would never recommend working with her again.

Amazing!
I came over from another dealership that I didn’t have a great experience with in a span of 24hrs. Within the first minute of contacting Vancouver Toyota and then actually meeting with someone to help me get the car I had dreamed about, I had a better experience than the previous dealership. Erika ailerons was amazing at getting the process started over the phone, she made the pre approval easy! When I arrived Rachel Zenk helped in so many ways to be sure I left with my brand new 2023 Toyota RAV4. Kayla Rogers in the finance department helped with the breakdown of everything and helped me fully understand what I was leaving with. Overall Vancouver Toyota will be the only place I shop for cars now and the only place I’ll recommend to others.

Returning customer happy again
We initially brought our 2018 4 Runner in for maintenance. We were looking around and had talked about trading in for a newer model. We spoke with Rachel about possibilities for us and she wrote up a trade in quote to offer us. We were pleased with the offer and ended up signing for a new 4 Runner. She made the process very easy and straight forward for us and was very down to earth and easy to talk to.

Wonderful experience!
Rachel was so professional and kind! She helped my husband and I choose the right car for our family and we did not any feel any pressure looking and deciding the best plan for us. We ended up leaving with a new Toyota 4Runner and couldn’t be happier :)

Excellent info and collection
We had demo'd a numbet of card at other dealerships but we couldn't decide what to do. We went to your dealership and Rachel gave us all kinds of info and a test drive in a Highlander. We came back several days later and saw a Venza on the lot. Rachel was gone that day and we talked with Dustin. Both were comfortable to work with.
