I have to admit that I'm a little confused on your reference about the price of our oil change. This was your first oil change service which is complimentary for all of our new car owners. Our normal price for semi-synthetic oil change is regularly $39.95 and coupon special at $29.95. We also offer complimentary shuttle service and car wash with each service. I would like to think that we are competitive with our pricing for comparable services. If you received the wrong pricing I apologize. If you still feel that $29.95 for an oil change is too high then I understand.

From looking at your repair order, it appears you had to wait quite some time for parts to be ordered; I can understand your frustration in having to wait, but as little issues as Hyundai's have, most Hyundai dealerships don't stock many uncommon parts.
We also strive to be competitive with the market and offer coupons on our website and through direct mail to our clients. Although we may not be able to compete with some of the "Quick lube" companies, we believe the service you get from Hiley Hyundai is far more valuable. We are also happy to provide a complimentary loaner vehicle (when necessary) and a complimentary car wash on each visit.
