The confusion might be in that if you approved the installation of Woodhouse license plate frames for a discount in services the emblem is part of that. If getting back to us is a problem you should be able to remove it with simple rubbng alcohol. I apoligize for your wait time. We pride ourselves in completing oil change services with 1 1/2 hours including our complimentary car wash. I cant explain the reason for you delay.
