Hi Anne, Brett here, the Service Manager you spoke with. I will be reaching out to you today in hopes to resolve your issues. I felt we took very good care of the situation, in taking care of you and your oil change/service. We did not and cannot honor your oil change/maintenance package as it is for a "Ford" dealership not purchased through our Autogroup. I apologize for the miss communication upon scheduling with our call center, as that has since been addressed.
