I love my car and I love Hyundai of Everett
I love this dealership. I have been 100% satisfied each time I have brought my car in for maintenance or repair. There is only one issue...twice I have not been called when a part has come in. I have always had to call myself only to be told the part came in days before and "you should have been called." A minor thing but would improve customer satisfaction.

I always have a great experience at Hyndai of Everett. They get me in and get my services done in a timely manner. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. They notify me when I need services or parts and they are not high pressure or pushy at all.

Don't have to wait forever and a work need to be done always been explained .
I am buying my third car from Hyundai of Everett this summer just because customer service and quality off the work what I receive from them. Service department sales department you always receive 100% as a customer.
