Our First Service on My wife's Tucson Limited
I was told it would be about one hour for our 3,000 mile service. It was right on exactly one hour. Service area was very clean. Everyone in the service was very nice. I am very pleased.

Above and Beyond to Make it Right
After my last review Devin contacted me to discuss my concerns. He sent someone to my work location to pick up my car so I wouldn't have to take time away from my work day to bring the car back to the shop. They replaced the missing plugs in my headliner and not only did they remove the fingerprints from the headliner, they detailed the entire car for me! The morning before this, my tire pressure light came on and I couldn't get it to turn off. They adjusted the air in the tires, checked for leaks and reset my tire pressure light - at no charge to me. This is the kind of service I experienced in the past, and really appreciate the efforts you made to make things right. Thank you!

Was so impressed last time so what happened?
My buying experience at the dealership was great and my first service experience was great. My 2nd time there was a real disappointment with dirty fingerprints on my tan headliner and the two open holes under the visors where the plastic pieces used to secure the headliner. My time is precious and I missed some work time to have the service done. Now I have to go back again for this. I dont know if this was a one-time problem or if things are changing for the worst. I dont feel good about this at all.

Average Service this time around
The service was rated at just average as they rotated my tires and now my drivers side tire has been losing air. I never had a problem before this. Not happy about it. I have to take it to get the tire checked now.

I am never disappointed at Hyundai of Everett
Maintenance - they are a valued partner in helping me keep my new Santa Fe running like a watch. Went in for an oil change and they found that my rig need the rear wheels aligned by checking it with their on site alignment check when the car is driven into their drop off area. They did not have to check at all but they did this shows me they want to keep my business for years to come. This is my fifth Hyundai I have purchase from them. Thank you Hyundai of Everett.

Honest diagnosis and reasonable pricing.
I appreciated the honesty in telling me what was needed, and what was not needed. Even if a part was marginally good, I got an honest assessment of how much longer I could go, and about how much it would cost to replace. The service was quick, I was kept updated throughout, and the pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Everett service to anyone who owns a Hyundai.
