Price increase
The service staff are top notch and they usually do a great job with getting me in and out with a minimum of problems. Occasionally, they have moved my headlight control switch and failed to return it to the Auto position, which I have mentioned in the past. But the recent significant price increase was too high for my liking and I will consider taking my routine maintenance elsewhere.

Hopefully won't happen again
Devin was very kind and apologetic, an offered me an incentive to return for my next service. It was explained to me that each dealership is only allowed a certain number of cars on its lot to be used as loaners, and Hyundai of Everett is taking steps to try to increase its allotted pool of loaner cars so this type of situation does not occur again. I would advise if you are scheduling a service appointment and will need a loaner, ask pointedly if there will be a loaner available or if you will be using a rental car.
