Over priced 60k service
Hyundai of Everett needs to catch up with other dealerships that offer shuttle service or a loaner car. The rental car that was "included" in the cost of the service is really an added cost. It would be interesting to know if the dealership get a kick back from Enterprise? Also the wiper blade replacement that I was not informed of before the service is ridiculously priced, $32.00 for $10 worth of blades.

Not the same as it used to be.
They are nice enough and for the most part get the work done. I just wish they were like they used to be, go above and beyond. It's just not the same level of service that it used to be, I want personable and listen to me enough to get it fixed the first time I ask. I would like to feel like I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my car needs and it's just not like that right now. I have hope for change, so we will see.
