Thank you for responding. The issues with my vehicle has been resolved. Dimitris the service rep reached out and asked me to bring the car back in. Dmitri was very informative as always and kept me posted while I waited. The shuttle service drivers were very kind and patient to take me back and forth to the metro so I could go to work. My brakes were fixed all around so thank you.

Came in to get my window (won’t go down)looked at and left out an hour later. The issue was resolved faster than I was first told( 2 hours), getting in and out at the dealer that fast is unbelievable! Glad I came in!! Thanks Dmitri for all you have done and will do!!
