Service and staff are wonderful!
I bought my new 2018 Elantra from Pohanka. Not only is the first service complementary, but it was done in about an hour. No appointments taken (tho that would be nice). The service and other staff are kind and courteous. I needed some accessories that they did not have in stock, so my service advisor asked if he could text me when they arrive. I agreed to this, and just a few days later I received a text that they had arrived. Very professional and I will be back!

My First Service at Pohanka
This was the first time I had my car serviced at your Hyundai Location, I usually return to the dealer where I purchased the car, but you are closer to my home so I decided to give you a try. I was very well pleased, My service person was Will, he greeted me as soon as I entered and guided me through the entire experience. I asked about how long it would take and he gave me a time frame window and the car was completed within that window with no problem.

A Winner!
Came on a Saturday for an oil change. Was expecting to be there for awhile since it was a weekend but surprisingly it was only an hour. While I was waiting, I looked at the showroom cars. Very nice new cars on sale. Would love to get a Hyundai Genesis. That's a winner!

This dealership did great work on my car when needed. Only complaint I have is this dealership doesn’t provide a courtesy car when your car is being serviced and also the prices are a bit higher then other Hyundai dealerships.
