Another great experience

My wife's vehicle needed an oil change, tire rotation, and new rear brakes. The service was all done on time and well. They kept me updated on the timing, and I chose to wait in their lounge, drink coffee, and get some work done. Super smooth and effortless experience every time I'm here. They do great work.

Terrible level of service

Being told that my appointment time was just a drop off time and that because I didn't stay while the service was being done on my car other vehicles were serviced before mine is unacceptable. I set an appointment time for a reason. I didn't just do in and hope my car would be worked on. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience. The last time I brought my car in a similar situation happened. On another instance I had one of the service guys fight with me over what was covered by my warranty and what wasn't. He was adamant that it wasn't and I knew it was. I opted not for the service, then when I brought it in again and decided to have the service completed, I was guest quoted a price and when it was time to pay for the service...... it was covered by my warranty. 3 different instances of not stellar service!!!!!

When my truck indicated an oil change was due, my usual Ford service center was booked a month out. I was able to get an appointment right away at Mike White Ford. The check in was quick and they had my truck ready in 2 hours. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall a good experience.

Service hiccup

Recently I had a 30,000 mile service on my F-350. They let me know that fuel filters needed to be replaced. Part of the service was tire rotation. The morning after the service my dash display indicated problems with tire pressures. I brought the truck back 2 days after service and they checked the tire pressures and reset the sensors. The brand new front license plate bracket that I purchased was loose again and they reinstalled it. As of today the same license plate bracket is almost falling off again. Overall the service department does a great job, this would have been a five had the tire sensors been reset when serviced. In my opinion the front license plate bracket is a factory design problem that needs to be addressed.
