It looks like your oil change did take a little longer than our one hour estimate due to the additional work regarding the battery clips that you inquired about. This additional work was not quoted in our original time estimate and we apologize for not being more accurate.
In regard to the price of the oil change and tire rotation, our base price is a standard $69.95. That price provides for 6 quarts of oil, which is the standard for many vehicles. Your vehicle requires 10 quarts of oil, so there is an additional cost of $4.50 per quart of oil. We hope that this clarifies any questions that you may have.
