Friday morning appointment I was greeted by service staff at the door. I arrived 10 minutes before my
appointment. I thought this would cause a delay. But within 25 minutes service was completed . Thanks to Nathan service tech. and other staff I had a pleasant visit and it made my day.

It's like two parallel universes. I couldn't ask for a more attentive service dept. Richard Hall alwa
ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.
