As Victor has informed you and Dave, we are following Hyundais diagnostic procedure and can only replace the specific components Hyundai authorizes in relation to your transmission performance. We are only following the guidance of Hyundai's technical assistance technicians. As per the phone call with Kyle last week while Victor and I were out and the phone call yesterday with Victor, I believe we are all on the same page now.
Robert LopezAnne,

Robert LopezThank you for taking the time to leave us the 5 star review!
Robert LopezElisa,
Thank you for leaving us the 5 star review. Unfortunately with the pandemic and everything else going on in the world, prices have risen drastically for just about everything. The price of gas has nearly doubled within a year and is going up almost on a daily basis now. Which translates to higher manufacturing and transportation costs. We are actively trying to keep our price as reasonable during these times. Keep in mind your local mechanic may not be using OEM components and the mechanics are not factory certified from Hyundai. We do hope to keep you as a valued customer. If I can provide any type of assistance, please feel free to email me and I will be more than happy to work with you.
Robert LopezWe would like to reach out to you to discuss your experience further.
After reviewing your comments, I believe there may be some confusion. For example, Hyundai recommends inspecting your engine air filter every 7,500 miles for replacement. Yes, Hyundai recommends replacing (if you have not done so yet prior to reaching the mileage) at 22,500 and again at 45,000 but that item is inspected every 7,500 miles for replacement. I also noticed that your engine air filter has never been replaced at our location. When Hyundai warranty replaces an engine, the engine air filter is not included in that process. The engine air filter is considered a maintenance item and is the responsibility of the customer. After reviewing your Multipoint inspection from when the engine was replaced it does not appear that your vehicle needed an engine air filter replacement when your engine was replaced approx 5,000 miles ago.
