Long wait and problem wasn't resolved

I came in because the steering on the car seemed shaky. The tires were realigned but the problem still occurred after.

I don’t understand the question

Enjoy driving it, but disappointed in the mileage and windshield wipers. Also, if I have my sunglasses on the windshield speed display disappears

I've had both but problems with this vehicle since I bought it

It's been at the dealership more than at my house. 1. Defective Roof Rack 2. Been in the dealership 4x for the squeaky brakes 3. Defective Evap System with a crack in the canister causing leakage all over the engine 4. Still have squeaky noise from the brakes

Do not like the support at HMF. You can't hear the agents due to excessive noise in the background. It sounds like the agent, who usually has a severe accent and language barrier, is taking calls on an elementary school playground

Almost Perfect

I love my Tucson but am confused about a few features on the new one vs my old one. 1- why is there no sunglasses holder? 2- the screen doesn’t auto-adjust brightness so I now have to manually adjust it when I’m driving at night because it’s blinding. 3- Why don’t they all come with the seat position saving option? I was told mine had it and it doesn’t. Otherwise I love the adaptive cruise, smooth riding, large storage space, and just about everything else. My favorite is the little ledge in front of the passenger seat for storage.

Can I give zero stars? Very unhappy customer.

My vehicle is two months old and has stalled twice due to a mysterious "Driver Assistance" error. My wife and son were stranded because of this. The dealer cannot diagnose it and tells me "we didn't build the car". This has been an absolute disaster. I spent $30k+ on a new vehicle and can't even trust it for a weekend drive.

Some things missing....

While I do love my 2025 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience, there are some things missing that I had in my 2022 Tuscon. Behind the drivers seat, there is no pouch. I really miss that. Also, there seem to be less air vents. And I wish I had the compartment up top to put my sunglasses in. Other than that, I really love my new truck!!
