Forward collision system bad everything else is good

I love the car except for the forward collision system which I hate and I feel is a serious safety issue.

2025 Hyundai Tucson

The auto-start feature needs to be able to be permanently turned off. The front avoidance collision system needs to be able to be set to a shorter distance. The smart cruise control needs to be set to a fixed distance rather than 1 2 or 3.
