Dashboard Goes Blank

Bought this car in May and couple weeks later the dashboard goes blank when I drive. I have been to the dealership already 6 times to get this problem fixed. They even replaced the entire dashboard on a brand new car and it still has the same problem.

Great Car—Small Gas Tank

I’ve had my 2025 Tucson for two months now and so far I’m really enjoying it. The ride is smooth, the cabin is comfortable for long trips, and the panoramic roof is spectacular. I also really like the large curved front display, the heads-up display on the windshield, and the ventilated seats. My biggest pet peeve is the size of the gas tank—just 14 gallons. My previous car was smaller and got better mileage, and the tank was still two gallons bigger. I don’t have a particularly long commute to work, but I can only barely make it through the five days on one tank of gas, and that’s if I go nowhere else during the week.

Overall the Tucson is a good mid size SUV. The vehicle engine is under powered and very, very noisy. The vehicle drives well. The ride is superior for a smaller SUV. The interior compartment is roomy and has plenty of leg room for the driver.

My new green Tucson

I love my new vehicle overall, it has an incredibly smooth and comfortable ride. I do feel concern about the rear directional lights being so small and located so low. I am also still learning how the technology works but have the basics down. The one thing I miss the most about my 2019 Tucson is the fact that the radio stayed on when the car was stopped until you opened the door and then it automatically shut off. I don’t understand why that was changed. It certainly had no effect on my battery life because I didn’t have to replace my battery until last winter when the car was 5 1/2 years old.

Unpleasant

I’ve had the most unpleasant experience with this vehicle. The quality control of this 2025 brand new limited car has had to be serviced multiple times before its first oil change. Customer service and warranty case management for my bumper to bumper claim has been making false claims and won’t rectify the quality control issues on the exterior of the car. Will not recommend this to anyone else just because of my horrible experience with corporate and the warranty department I can’t even imagine what major issues would be like with claims if these quality issues are addressed like this.
