Computer car.

Built too much like a computer. Requires too much effort to make it go. I hate the stop and go function. Can it be turned off.

Great little Suv.

Nice comfortable vehicle. It's almost to smart. Will almost drive its self. The only problem we have had , is the auto braking to avoid collision is almost to much . It resulted in someone colliding with us as we braked for the auto in front of us. It locked up and stop in 10 feet.

Best vehicle for the price!

I have owned several vehicles in my life. The 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited is without question the best. Best in safety features, entertainment options, best driving, gas mileage, and it is also very classy looking as well. I highly recommend it. My girlfriend has purchased one, and a friend from work is next.

Small mistakes

The latch release for the rear hatch is not in the right location. Also the front seat cushion covers don’t fit tight enough. I see that the finger print system is gone in 2026. Good decision. The infotainment system needs to default to chosen favorites rather than all of those stations not be used

Only driven 200 miles so far

My sales rep was the best and the dealership is also great so far. I have only driven my Tucson about 200 miles so it's hard to rate everything. I will say as an older petite woman with no cell phone the interface for my purposes is pretty easy. There are not enough Hyundai extra accessories available in Maui that are in stock or would ship quickly. I have had issues with the interior front camera cover behind the rear view mirror since purchase. It falls off all the time. The dealer has ordered a new one, which I hope fixes the issue. I do not like that the only option for gray cloth seats is practically white or that almost all options are black interior. It gets hot in Hawaii and the fake leather does not last here. I know many people have kids and black plastic is easier, but I keep my cars for 18 years and the interior needs to last. I will say having my first car that has the safety options and sitting higher up than my last car is a big plus. Please note if I had more miles on the Tucson my rating would most likely be higher. The value for money low rating is due to the high cost here in Maui due to the tariffs and not shipping directly to the island.

software and hardware below expectation

when i connect my vehicle to android auto, the voice command feature does not work. when i call through android auto, the receiving end hears loud drilling noise. when car engine is turned off, the a/c often starts running on its own. i'm worried this will drain the battery. i have reached out directly with the dealership (fitzgerald rockville) as well as customer service but i keep getting bounced around and the issue has not been resolved. dealer said the 2025 end of quarter update should resolve the issue, but it hasn't. i basically paid for a promised feature (voice command through android auto) that turns out doesn't work.

Comfortable, quiet, like body style and interior. Great features on the limited model. Absolutely hate the auto stop. turning it off every start is a huge nuisance; there needs to be a permanent off switch. Gas mileage sucks for a small vehicle.
