Typical car company greed

For comfort and reliability I give the Tucson five stars however, unless you get the top-of-the-line model, the basic model is still ridiculously priced and could have included a lot of extra features that the premium model had without costing the company a lot of extra money.

Wonderful ride

Great smooth ride, love the features and the front dash monitor. Sometimes the apple carplay does not connect so that's frustrating. Other times the transmission jerks a bit at start up, but it stops. Overall great vehicle, very happy with our purchase.

Great SUV value, upper trim models are lacking IMO

We are on our 2nd Tucson in 5 years. We started with a 2022 SLE, which we loved. For the price it was well worth it. Lots of included features that most if not all other car makers charged extra for. This year we traded for a 2025 XRT. The main reason was for the AWD function. We still love our Tuscon however I guess my expectations for a higher trim model were to high. While still good value for the amount spent, I find myself thinking maybe I should have looked at other brands.

Good vehicle but it has it's issues

Infotainment center went out one week after I picked up the vehicle and it took weeks before a new one was installed. In the meantime, the vehicle sat at a dealership awaiting the part. I was provided a loaner. LKA/LFA sometimes feel as if they are pulling you out of your lane instead of helping you stay within your lane. Dealership can't replicate it so they see nothing wrong. Check Facebook for others having the same issue. Transmission shifts hard at times. One shift was almost like a double clutch. And my first Bluelink Vehicle Health Report said there was an alert with the air bag, Land Departure Warning System, and the Engine. When I spoke to a dealership about this, the response was "if it is not showing on the dash, there's nothing we can check". I always thought you could plug into the vehicle computer for Info. Maybe I'm wrong. This is my 4th Hyundai: two Azeras and one Sonata. I hate to say, but I've had no issues until now.

Enjoying my new 2025 Tucson. Still learning about all the features. The last vehicle I bought was in 2011. A lot more bells and whistles now. It is a smooth ride. Has a lot of safety features I like.
