Hybrid Not a Gas Miser Liker Non-Hybrid
This is my 2nd Tucson (earlier I owned a 2022) and this is the first Hybrid vehicle I own. (FYI - I also have been a 7 year owner of Tesla vehicles).
I have been disappointed on 2 items: 1) Highway Gas Mileage 2) Cruise Control requirements for unobstructed view of driver's eyes.
Highway MPG - averages around 28 or less. This is when going speed limits (often, in Texas, 75 MPH). My earlier, non-hybrid Tucson was in excess of 35. Great road trip vehicle.
Cruise Control; I had purchased non-polarized glasses - still does not allow me to use as the camera cannot see my eyes. In addition, the camera is in the wrong place - I am forced to drive with my arms at approximately 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock. I cannot do my preferred position of right hand at 12 o'clock - the warnings start sounding off and cruise control will eventually be disabled.
