Lives up to Expectations

The reviews on this vehicle did not disappoint so I am thoroughly satisfied with my Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid Limited. Its extremely quiet, comfortable and fun to drive. The quality and features on the Limited trim are superb. Heads up display was a must for me. The ONLY drawback and it is very minor, is the transmission. Shifting and acceleration in ECO mode is a bit annoying but it doesn't distract from the ride. I tend to like quicker starts but I can use Sport mode to manually shift and still get 0-60 in 7 seconds. That's good for the weight of this vehicle ... I got 0-60 in 6 seconds with my former Hyundai Kona Limited with Turbo, far lighter.

Just ok

I like the look, the camera, and some of the styling. Not user friendly at all. Climate control panel is barely visible in the daytime. HUD not visible on a sunny day. Media is difficult to navigate.

Great car except that eyes on road alert! Argh!

We really like our Tucson hybrid but we have to constantly turn off the lane assist because the eyes on the road alert keeps going off. It’s so irritating.

Love my Tuscon almost 100%

REALLY great car, especially for the price. All the bells and whistles with great comfort. The only problem is the fact that you can't wear prescription sunglasses and set your cruise control 3+ miles over the speed limit without it shutting the cruise off. BIG issue when you travel 5 hours at a time and have to wear prescription sunglasses, or sunglasses that really cut the glare. This needs to be addressed! I won't buy another one until it is.

having good experience so far

Overall happy with vehicle. Drive is comfortable & like the roominess of vehicle. A few issues: brake pedal returning to rest position has a loud snap if you remove your foot quickly. Has a minor vibration sound at times at freeway speeds.

Alert that I can’t turn diminishes my like of the vehicle

I bought this vehicle to go on a long driving vacation, to give you an idea of how annoying it was the trip was about 3,000 miles in that time the warning consider taking a break went off 320 times. There were days it averaged every 6 miles. So even though Inhave had several Hyundai’s this will be my last

Great car but drivers seat is stiff

I like everything about the car however the drivers seat is narrow and stiff. Occasionally a bell will ding with a message suggesting that the driver should consider taking a break. This is annoying.

Luxury Interior, Fun to Drive, Average Mileage, Only a few Complaint

Love all the technology in the interior, it makes it very fun and easy to drive. The seating is comfortable and includes all the interior luxuries like heated seating and heated steering so you’re always comfortable while driving. My main three complaints are the consistent below average mileage compared to what was advertised. Even though being very familiar with hybrids and electric vehicles, and all the tips and tricks of how to extend your mileage. Second is the main display and the projector have been flickering on and off despite the vehicle being only a few months old. Just the other day the main display that shows the speedometer would not turn on for 10 minutes after starting the vehicle, but after thumping it a few times it turned on. The projector and main display will turn off randomly while driving. My third and biggest complaint ironically isn’t the one that is the biggest issue but the most consistent. There is this random piece of plastic below the head rest of the seat that every time I sit, grabs a chunk of my long hair and rips out hair. Not sometimes, not most of the time, but every time.

Disappointing electronic panel and system alerts. Dash replaced. Hybrid battery alert. Map, Home and volume don't work. Second time at dealership in 2 months of ownership.
