Never thought I would buy a Hyundia

We were looking for a mid-size hybrid SUV with AWD. I researched many models and test drove several. The Tucson stood out as a solid car. It felt good from the start and came with more options then I was looking for with a lower over all price. The warranty was also important to me and their warranty will give me peace of mind for a long time. The dealership was also first class, not high pressure and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. A good buying experience.

Some goo things some not so good

Some things are easy and others are frustrating. Except for the heater all other heating and cooling settings turn on with each use. Nice size

Driving experience has been good so far with a few imperfections.

Overall the car ride is smooth and the interior design is spectacular and classy! Having light colored seats may not have been the best choice since there has been a challenge with color transfer from clothing. There is a clicking noise near the right rear passenger door when the start button is pressed which appears to be a normal occurrence after checking it on another new vehicle the same as mine at the dealership. Periodically the car accelerates with a jerk or jump in speed when taking off. I can also feel movement or a thunk which may be gears shifting underneath the vehicle when coming to a stop. There is no button on the drivers door panel to electronically close the side mirrors, and this is a real necessity! It is very inconvenient to have to get out of the car to manually close the mirrors when needed.

There are some things with the screen and controls that are not intuitive and I don't like that my profile is not linked with my key fob.
