My review

The drivers display screen goes blank due to some cable route issue behind the screen. When the car is locked and I walk behind te vehicle, the t Rear hatch door opens up automatically. Doesn't matter how fast I walk around the rear, it opens the door. I wish it had a kick sensor instead. I am not too happy about the gas mileage. I drive conservatively and I only get 30 MPG. That is far lower that the published rating.

I am happy with this car.

I am very happy with this car. Sometimes the fan runs when the car is off. I took it to the service department at the dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong. I would like to know if this is normal.

If only the 12 volt battery wouldn;t drain so rapidly

We love the vehicle. Drives well and is very comfortable. Love all the tech. However, as a retiree who doesn't drive every day and when I do it's short trips which doesn't give the 12 volt battery enough time to charge fully it's always a worry if my car battery will be dead. I've resigned to keeping it on a trickle charger once a week to avoid the issue. I think this is a case of too much tech for the 12 volt battery. Also, the dealership/sales people should be aware of this so that customers can be directed to the proper vehicle,

I love the car but the 12 volt battery issue is annoying

This vehicle has everything I ever wanted. The technology is wonderful and I feel safe driving it. However, if you don't drive it often and for longer periods of time the 12 volt battery get depleted and you have to reset the 12 volt to get it going again and that annoying cap on the driver side door is hard to remove as well. As a retired person who doesn;t drive that much on a daily basis this is not the right vehicle for me. I feel that the dealership and sales people should alert customers so that they can make the right choice. I am resigned to keeping the vehicle on a trickle charger weekly.

My new car

Overall I like my new Tucson Hybrid. I have had no issues to speak of yet and have learned how to operate some of the most important things. I do have to say that I hate not having the ability to turn off some of the alert things. I also hate that the camera is at 12:00 because I put my hand there to drive many times. It has almost caused an accident because of the automatic change it makes when I am driving in cruise control. If I don't move my hand soon enough, it stops the cruise and I lose speed rapidly.

Tall people be ware

Overall, the vehicle seems to be okay, if you're a shorter person (under 6 ft), it drives nice with plenty of power for what you're paying for. I've been accustomed to a gas-powered car for the past ten years, which have been roomier. It may be unfair to judge this car since I've only driven it for two and a half months. At this point, I plan on this being my last purchase.

Good experience so far.

The icons in the hvac panel are too small and the indicator lights are not bright enough especially during daylight. Additionally, when I press the fan speed controls they become smeared and my finger is clean!
