Wish I loved it

The vehicle is good looking and ride is smooth, but the technology is not intuitive, is confusing and over the top. Interior scuffs easily.

Mostly satisfied

I do like the comfort and all the features of the vehicle. However, I noticed there is a few flaws in the make and parts as well as a couple malfunctions. There is a raised pucker or bump in the plastic strip of the corner driver side door. Also, the shelf before the dash has poor lining on the passenger side where it is not sealed down. In addition, the exterior has tiny marks all over on the what appears to be metal on the trim that won't rub off. I keep the car in the garage and under solar panels in the shade when at work to protect it and barely drive it. Lastly, I also can't seem to drag or swipe the split screen for the media and maps to change positions as stated in the manual. The auto cargo gate will also open when it's not supposed to when the key fob is far away. The alarm has also gone off after locking the doors and walking away. I would like all of this checked out. I have been meaning to call.

Nice luxury SUV

Based on Limited hybrid model. Very nice perks. Leather interior. Blind spot monitors, wireless charging (although doesn't work on my outdated Android phone), love the interior lighting and smooth ride. Great 36 mpg mileage. Only complaint is fan stays on sometimes after engine is turned off and keyless unlock/lock doesn't consistently work.

Defective

When we installed the ceramic wax coating we discovered that the roof and antenna were damaged. Spokane Hyundai sold us a damaged vehicle which they represented as new. Spokane Hyundai is not a reputable dealer. They offered to repair the dents but refused to replace the antenna because it is "too expensive". The severity of the damage would indicate that it most likely occurred when the vehicle was unloaded from the transport. We are filing complaints with the Washington State Dealer Investigation Department and the Better Business Bureau. Kyle Kinyon 509-939-9879.

On occasion, I've gotten 38mpg and always get mileage of over 30mpg.

I will never tell anyone to buy a Hyundai AGAIN!

I like the car but was allowed to buy just weeks before 0% financing and now i have to pay about $8000 more than those that bought one just weeks later!
