Good experience so far.

The icons in the hvac panel are too small and the indicator lights are not bright enough especially during daylight. Additionally, when I press the fan speed controls they become smeared and my finger is clean!

Hybrid Tuscon was a recommendation from a Hyundai employee. Drives good, looks good, very spacious. Only downside, I would say, is that the brakes squeak. Overall, not disappointed with my purchase.

Wish I'd bought a Toyota or Honda...

Digital Dashboard (media,map etc) are way to complex. You will spend literally hours trying to get it to save the settings you left it when you turned off the engine the previous time( ie radio, android auto, maps etc). Talk about lazy. My 2021 has the word (Cruise) among other WORDS instead of stupid symbols. "Mode", ya, what's that for...

The safety features and working with the sales associate Vinny at West

The safety features and working with the sales associate Vinny at West Houston Hyundai went above and beyond my expectations I had previously shopped at West Point Lincoln and Mitsubishi Rosenberg and felt this was the best product for the money, I'm impressed with all the safety features especially with the active Collision braking that operates especially when you're in cruise control distance keeping from cars in front and behind you heads up display warning you and the unexpected turbo and horsepower on demand for this hybrid considering this is a all-wheel drive the insurance decreased because of all the safety features on this hybrid

Disappointed

My brakes started squeaking when my car was less than two weeks old. I’ve taken it in twice. They claimed they can’t duplicate my complaint so they will not work on the brakes. I really hate how the gearshift is on a knob and not the center console.

Mostly great

I love the look and style, especially the interior. Would prefer a traditional shifter or pushbuttons . I thing I don't like is the driver attention/take a break warning. I supposedly turned it off but it still keeps popping up, after just 5 minutes of driving sometimes. It's a distraction that itself is dangerous.

The Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is a great choice for a reliable SUV. The interior is very well appointed, seats are comfortable and the technology is very user friendly. Gas mileage is excellent ranging from 25 - 40 depending on driving conditions.

Eye Sensor

I love my vehicle but I hate the eye sensor on the steering wheel. I believe it is super unsafe for my cruise control to disable because of the sun glasses i’m wearing. If this feature was removed for fixed the car would be a 5/5

Fun to drive, easy to learn

I traded in a Honda CR-V for my Tucson Hybrid and haven't looked back. This car is fun to look at, fun to drive, and the technology package is comprehensive and intuitive. I'm averaging 38 mpg, and it's a fun game to play to try and boost my efficiency (on my way home from work--a mostly downhill drive--I average 56 mpg). The engine is ready to serve when I need to hit the gas, and the acceleration is satisfying and smooth--far superior to the CR-V. While the trunk storage is slightly smaller than the CRV, it is perfect for my needs--I can fit three 50 lb bags of chicken feed plus a Costco run in the car with no difficulty. The legroom, front and back, is generous, and the seats are comfortable. I went all in and got ALL the upgrades and I have no regrets--they are awesome. Dollar for dollar this was a better value than the CR-V (including and especially the warrantees) and I am enjoying it so much more.
