Is a nice car

Worry about the tires . It is a brand new car and tires are a problem already . No wonder they told me to pay for an extra insurance that I did not , for the tires .

I love the amount of features for the money.

I love this car overall. Here are some simple enhancements you've heard many times. 1. Rear turn signal lights need to work on top with the tail lights. Not just on the bumper. 2. The hood is very heavy and needs lift struts. 3. There needs to be an option for it to lock as you walk away and unlock as you walk toward it. 4. A capless gas filler neck would be nice. 5. I enjoyed the way my previous Honda analyzed my driving and let me know when to change the oil instead of just using a set amount of miles. 6. The seat memory buttons should be key fob specific.

Some Glitches

I love the vehicle, but it is not without its glitches. I can't seem to get the trunk to open from inside the car, and sometimes the exterior door touch locks work, and sometimes they don't. I've tried a variety of ways to touch or hold the handles, and will probably need to take it in to have service look at it.

Mostly fantastic, would buy again

This hybrid is close to perfect with a few frustrating flaws that could be corrected (I believe) with software updates. I had a 2018 Tucson before this and the 2025 hybrid feels like an entirely different vehicle in a good way. Hybrid learning curve: not a pro or con, but hybrids do feel different. They make noises and systems switch over from gas to electric through the drive and it takes some getting used to.

I wish the service response was better when my new Tucson broke down.

Hyundai has put a great deal of effort and thought into making a great car, we only wish that when our new Tucson Hybrid Limited broke down after just over three months that the service provided by the dealer's service center met our expectations. While the cost of the service and repair were covered by warranty (with fewer than 5,000 miles it needed a new service BCM ECU), there were no loaners available. We were without a vehicle for the entire twelve days needed for the repair. A new car, yet we had nothing to drive. How can this be? And while I expressed my concerns, there was no expression of concern by the dealer's service department. It was seemingly the routine that loaners were not available in the quantity needed, and that the extended warranty I purchased was of no value until after the Hyundai warranty has expired. This does not bode well for customers' future needs. While we have gotten the car back and we are driving it again, we have concern for future service of our Hyundai Tucson, and this will continue to impact our perception of the value of our purchase.

We really do love our new Hyundai Tucson. The ride is very comfortable, the infotainment center is detailed and easy to use. It's sporty looking and the drive is fun. Lots of safety features and the warranty is outstanding. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Very disappointed that you cannot program garage door opener with a 2025 model! Spend all that money and find out it wasn’t important to them to add it as standard! Even my 7 year old rav4 had it!!

Frustration with traffic light camera warning

Had i known i could not turn off the audio for the traffic camera light warning, i would not have purchased this car. Living near Chicago, this warning goes off constantly and it interrupts the entertainment system. I have been told this is a Blue Link issue and worst case scenario, I have to wait three years for the free access to Blue Link navigation expires.

Very happy with the technology, quiet and comfortable ride. I don't quite understand why the rear turn signals are not LED, but this is a minor quibble. Very happy with the car overall so far.
